WHAT IS WORKPLACE NEURONUTRITION?
Workplace neuronutrition is an evidence based approach to supporting brain function and mental wellbeing through practical nutrition education.
By translating nutrition science into practical workplace strategies, we help organisations support energy, focus, stress resilience and mental wellbeing.
Our approach is evidence led and accessible, giving employees practical tools to nourish themselves and feel better supported within the demands of modern working life.

NUTRITION MATTERS AT WORK
The way we nourish ourselves can influence how we feel and function throughout the working day. Well Fed Work focuses on four areas where nutrition can form part of the foundations for workplace health and wellbeing.
ENERGY
Support more consistent energy throughout the working day through adequate nourishment, regular eating and hydration.
COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE
Understand the nutritional foundations of concentration, attention, memory and normal brain function.
STRESS RESILIENCE
Explore how stress can affect appetite and eating patterns, and how staying adequately nourished can support the body and brain during periods of increased demand.
MENTAL WELLBEING
Understand the growing evidence around dietary patterns, nutritional status, the gut-brain axis and mental wellbeing without oversimplifying the complex causes of mental health.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
